At The Brenly, we offer monthly subscriptions (“subscription”) in your student account. Please review these The Brenly subscription terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any subscription you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription, or we otherwise terminate your account.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. The Brenly Online Class and eCourse Program Subscription

Your The Brenly Online Class and eCourse Program monthly subscription will automatically renew on the anniversary of your initial billing date and, unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with these Subscription Terms (in particular, see “Schoolization Online Class Program Cancellation Policy” below), your payment method on file will be automatically charged each month.

2. The Brenly Online Class and eCourse Program Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your The Brenly Online Class and eCourse Program subscription at any time, subject to the time frames below. In order to cancel your subscription, you must do one of the following: (a) log into your The Brenly Online Class or eCourse Program account, click on the ‘My Subscription’ tab, and hit ‘Cancel’; OR (b) email contact@thebrenly.com, indicate that you wish to cancel your The Brenly Online Class or eCourse Program subscription, and follow the instructions.

Cancelling your subscription does not provide you a refund for subscription payments already processed, nor does it stop a pending charge. Once your cancellation has been confirmed, you will have access to your subscription until the end of that current billing cycle. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.

3. The Brenly Online Class and eCourse Program Classes

The Brenly does not allow makeup classes for any online classes. Missed classes will not be eligible for a refund or for class credit.

Miscellaneous

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United States of America and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of this country.  If any clause or part of this Agreement is considered invalid by any court or arbitrator, that does not mean that the whole Agreement will be judged invalid.  By making a purchase, you are declaring that you have a complete understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Agreement of The Brenly.  If you have any questions and/or concerns about this Agreement or any of the policies and general practices of The Brenly, please contact us at contact@thebrenly.com.
